How it works
You purchase the desired amount and we do the work. For example, if you purchase a bag of head-on($25.00)......we de-head them($2.50)......peel and de-vein them($12.50)......totaling $40.00 per bag.
FYI--During the de-heading process, you loose approximately 1.66 lbs. Then, during the p&d process, you loose an additional .34-.36 lbs. You end up with 2.8-3 lbs of pure meat....just as if you took them home and prepared them yourself but without the hassel.
